Questions

Questions about Recurring

How does Busybee find my subscriptions?

From the payments that repeat in your transaction history.

Can Busybee cancel a subscription for me?

No. Busybee shows you what's charging you; you cancel with the provider.

How long before my subscriptions appear?

Usually within minutes of connecting, once your history arrives. A brand new subscription appears after it has charged you a few times, or you can add it yourself.

What if Busybee misses a bill?

Add it yourself with its amount and due date, or open one of its payments and make it a bill. It then shows with your other bills and counts towards what's still to pay.

What if it gets one wrong?

Mark it "Not recurring" and it stops counting towards your totals. You can track it again any time.
