Busybee
Use case

A weekly money check-in. A few minutes, once a week.

Busybee lists what's new since you last looked, so a quick check each week keeps your picture of the month right.

Sound familiar?

Checking your spending shouldn't take an evening.

Going through a month of transactions in one sitting is a chore, so it gets put off.

Leave it too long and the month is over before you've seen how it went.

  • A month of transactions at onceToo many to go through at once.
  • No way to know what you've already seenScrolling back to find where you stopped.
  • Finding out at the end of the monthToo late to change how it goes.

Questions

Common questions

How long does a check-in take?

It depends on how much you spend. Transfers between your own accounts and regular payments you've confirmed clear on their own, so the list holds only what's new.

What if I skip a week?

Nothing is lost. New transactions stay in the list until you tick them, however long it's been.

Can I clear everything at once?

Yes. Once you've checked them, mark them all reviewed at once.

Where do I see how the month is going?

On the Overview: what you've spent so far, whether you're ahead of or behind last month, and the bills still to come.
