Busybee
Use case

Find every subscription you're paying for. And what they cost each month.

Busybee spots the charges that repeat across every bank you connect, so the forgotten ones stop hiding.

Sound familiar?

Subscriptions are easy to start and easy to forget.

A free trial rolls over, a price goes up a little, a yearly charge appears that you'd forgotten about.

Each one is small, and they're spread across cards and accounts, so the total is hard to see.

How to find every subscription you're paying for →
  • Free trials that quietly became paidYou meant to cancel, then forgot.
  • Prices that crept upA little more each time, with no reason to notice.
  • Yearly charges that are easy to missThey only appear once a year, so they're easy to forget.
How Busybee helps

How does Busybee find them?

It reads your transaction history for charges that repeat, then lists them in one place.

What's still to come this month

Expected, paid and still to pay, as the month goes.

Price rises flagged

When a charge comes in more than 10% above its usual amount.

Lapsed charges

A subscription that's more than a full cycle overdue moves to "Lapsed or hidden", so you can see what you've really canceled.

Bills coming up

Bills and subscriptions still due this month, on your Overview.

Questions

Common questions

Will it find yearly subscriptions?

Yes, once it has seen the charge twice. A monthly subscription usually appears after its second or third charge, and a yearly one after its second, a year after the first.

What counts as a price rise?

A charge that comes in more than 10% above its usual amount is flagged, so small rises are not missed.

What happens to a subscription I've canceled?

Once it's more than a full cycle overdue it moves to "Lapsed or hidden", so the list shows what you're still paying for.

Will it find subscriptions on all my cards?

It finds them on every account you connect. A subscription paid from a bank you haven't connected won't appear.
